Our process is straightforward: this policy applies to orders for tea servings, curated tea boxes, tasting samplers, latte kits, boba products, gifts, and brewing accessories. Normal order processing takes approximately 1–2 business days before a parcel enters transit.

In day-to-day handling, any free-shipping offer is the one shown at checkout. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number so order and carrier notices can reach them.

A useful point to remember is that tracking details are sent when available. Tracking events may take time to appear after a carrier accepts a parcel.

To keep the process predictable, for a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-missing parcel, or damaged shipment, contact us promptly with the order number, checkout email, tracking number when available, and photos of damage and packaging when relevant.

When action is needed, estimated delivery or transit is 3–5 business days after processing. This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guarantee because carrier conditions can change.

Our process is straightforward: delivery restrictions may apply by destination, carrier, product, or service availability. We may request additional order details before opening or continuing a carrier investigation.
